Hitch receiver issues

Ok, so I installed a Rough Country rear bumper on my machine, but now I cannot find a receiver that fits! The bumper occupies the same center bolt holes that the hitch bolts to. Called Rough Country and was told that they don't make one that fits their bumper!

Anyone else have this issue?
